Speaking the right language for prospect
WE all have four personality traits but speak dominantly in one.
Like to reference these traits to colors, first being red. Now red is someone who is quick to decide, money motivated . Someone who gets angered easy but forgets fast.Next is blue, blue is all about fun, all personality. Next is yellow, now yellow is a caring person. Yellow always thinks of others first, how can they help. Green is someone of details, green ask a million questions and then some more questions.
How to speak or what to say to each color
Now when talking with red all about the success stories, all about the money. When you get a red in your business you have to keep in contact and motivate. They hit the ground running but get discouraged easily. Blue is all about the party, talk about the events your company may have or vacations you were able to go on. Free time YOUR COMPANY was able to create for you. Yellow talk about your company helping people. If its a health product how it can help you. Green now green is my favorite if you get a green in your business they will not leave you, also one of the hardest to get in your business. Green will ask you a million questions and will always have more, green loves homework. When I determine a person is a green personality I answer one or two questions. Then give them some home work, a few company websites to research. Finish by telling them to right down all there questions. Then set up a time to meet at least 4to 5 days apart give them time. When you talk next start with if I answer all your questions to your liking are you ready to get started. After question list is answered you have to stop them by saying. I answered all your questions and you said if I answer all your questions you where ready to get started. So lets get you started making some money and answer your questions that come up along the way.
THEN GROUP YOUR TEAM COLORS TOGETHER SO THEY SPEAK THE SAME LANGUAGE. EXCITED ABOUT SAME ASPECT IN COMPANY.
PLEASE PASS ON AND SHARE IF YOU SEE VALUE.
